Thrive is an evidence-based, positive change program that is designed to improve resilience, performance and wellbeing. It is our passion project and the culmination of over 20 years of experience helping people in business to develop new skills and techniques for taking deliberate care of themselves. We developed Thrive to help organisations provide new skills and insights to their people so they can better manage the pace, demands and stresses of our modern world. Run as a number of experiential workshops, Thrive introduces scientifically-proven techniques that can be immediately applied both at work and home to increase wellbeing.

Mindfulness is the non-judgemental awareness of the present moment – it is about tuning in and getting unstuck from the autopilot of life. At Optim, we are passionate advocates of the power of mindfulness and look to integrate this practice into all our services as well as our own professional development. In addition to this, we have developed a number of programs to help introduce and teach mindfulness to groups within organisations. Run as highly experiential workshops or a full program, participants develop a deeper understanding of the importance of paying attention to their thoughts, feelings and experiences in order to live a more present life. We also teach different practical techniques that help participants to work more effectively with difficult thoughts and emotions, leading to improved wellbeing, mental clarity, relationships and workplace performance.
In addition to the above 2 programs, Optim can design and run stand-alone workshops that focus on specific areas of wellbeing, such as strengths, mindsets or dealing effectively with emotions. We would be happy to create customised workshops to fit any organisational needs.
